Some of these diversions can work out, but it is unlikely that 13351/12295 will be diverted. 13351 was diverted via PER on an experimental basis once and it created a big ruckus at that time. Since then SR has not tried that again.
Given that these are also the only daily trains to Patna and DHN/RNC/TATA from Madras, there will be many objections to letting them bypass MAS.

It will be interesting to see how they will tackle the Egmore-Beach section. The entire section has a big space crunch and stations like Park Town and Fort will have to undergo major re-modeling, and suburban tracks will have to be realigned to make space for a 2nd main line between the two.
True ..bbut that would involve huge funds and more time .. i'm only saying immediate measures without much funding
Trains coming from GPD side and AJJ side need to be restricted @ MSB and Trains coming from VM side should be restricted @ TBM/CGL then only MS can accommodate trains from north to south
13351/2 diversion is of no use, it only reaches mas late night. If they've found it problematic they wouldn't park it for 50mins
