na na...admins meet is not only for admins...all the members of adjoining areas are called by an "invitation" issued in public forum...as very few members join in railfanning and may find the post irrelevant,hence the invitation is generally issued in the admin forum...a somewhat light mooded derailed discussion forum for admins...hence called admin meet...even you can arrange for an admin-cum-member meet in your area...try to plan on holidays so that majority may join...a few iconic members if involved helps in gathering more members...2-3 members are enough...4 is much healthier...above 4 gathering on a single day is tough...still you may go ahead and try...wish you all the best...one thing for sure...enjoyment is to the brim as all share common interest...
