JAT has only 2 operational PFs, such a pathetic state esp late evenings and nights, when lot of trains originate, and terminate.,

Yess..it mostly uses Pf 1 and Pf 2..!!
Pf 3 is rarely used..!!

Last November, when we boarded the Jammu Tawi- tatanagar Express, our train was shunted at pl-1. Jammu- Varanasi departed from pl-2, and subsequently, Kanpur- jammu Tawi arrived at pl-2. And finally, 18 hours late running Himgiri was shunted at pl-3 to commence its journey..

Yes also not enough facility at Jammu. See my letter to RM on this. Not sure if it reached to appropriate officer.
