IN your clipping, I observe that there is a platform where train has not holted.
Is it? or you have edited clip. Which station is that?

stations like vashi/sanpada/nerul etc have 4 Pfs as they cater to trains going towards both thane as well as towards Mumbai CSMT. but once you diverge of to trans harbour stations have only two Pfs as trains there end at Thane only.
same is the case here.
