The biggest issue is the inability of railway workforce to work with changing times. Their union is strong which ends up resisting many reform oriented measures.Unfortunately the issue is also that a rail minister only has 5 years to implement and strategise many things.

Railway development aur upgradation mein sabse bada problem hai union leaders because ye union leaders ko kaam karne se zayada netagiri karnein mein hai.
Ek muuda jo yaha likha hai "berojgar yuva ko railway mein bharti kiya jaye ". Ye bilkul galat maang hai. Yadi aise hi kisi ko le liya to wo kaam kam aur aram zayada karenge. Its beeter ki mehnati aur ache yuva ko bharti kiya jaaye.
Saath mein railway ko bhi apni ek maang rakhni chhiye ki jo bhi railway exam ke samaj utpaat machayega wo kabhi...
