I don't know what you saw. Simple thing check in availability page. On some days 3A seats are more than 80. Even in LHB 3A 72 seats are there and this is an ICF rake. So it is very easy to understand there is a BE1 and the booking for it is on till January end. To be precise it is 81 available on 18/03/2019
