Lets say I am in S1 at the end and AC coaches are at the other end of the train. How will the TTE of lower class know that a passenger has done manual upgradation and this seat is free ? I don't think they will take the pain to walk the entire train length to convey.
If IR can make these through online(for TTEs) then the issue will be solved

So How is that managed if I hold the PRS tkt, I mean how does the TTE at other end inform his counterpart to release the seat in lower class becuase he is now going to upgrade the tkt.

You have show your prs ticket to the upper class TTE for upgradation, if it is already marked/signed by lower class TTE, the ticket may not be upgraded or the TTE might ask the passenger to go back and get it counter signed by the lower class TTE.
