1. No. Now Bidadi TSS will take the load and will cost extra to IR due to transmission losses.
2. There was an article too sometime back in IRI news section, which gave info on how long distance transmission led to loss.
3. So till Y TSS gets ready, all E-Locos and MEMU will cause losses.
