Great news. Along with this, SWR is required to link PF 1-7 to YPR side and 8-10 to BNC side. This will give enough flexibility for trains passing through SBC (example LTT CBE). More trains like Chalukya, UBL/ Vasco Chennai express can pass through SBC.
Agree. But i dont think it will happen due to non availability for land.
I heard if they can shift that Train maintenance pit lines between PF-4 & PF-5 to BYPL and link the lines so that even YPR side trains can use PF-1-7 and Mysuru/Chennai side trains use PF-8-10
