Is it really that buses are taking more time? Travelled BPL INDB in September in a chartered, and reached INDB in less than four hours
Currently Overnight is the only train which does BPL INDB in 4 hours. I highly doubt if time reduction is possible considering MKC INDB is still single line track. Moreover, reaching INDB from BPL might become possible in 3.5 if given good priority, but to reach BPL from INDB will remain questionable keeping in mind how the trains coming from MKC side are trolled post BIH
