The reasons given for late running of trains in SR (TVC division) are inclement weather conditions, accident, chain pulling and damages on tracks.
This is the most ridiculous answer given. Understand tracks are undergoing repairs but for how long is the question !!!!
Every day you cannot have inclement weather, chain pulling etc !!
