bilkul, sir. kisi faut ki baat nhi ho rhi. baat ho rhi 'ad hoc' arrangement ki. 22 ya 23 ko pm station ke 2nd entry bhavan ka udghatam karne aane wale hain. aise mei poori raat kaam kiya gya. mere khyal se aisa history mei pehli bar hua hoga ki crs inspection ke kuchh ghante pehle tak lineman pole pe connection karte dikh rahe the. aur speed test bhi der raat hi kiya gya. isme kuchh bura nahi hai lekin ye jo bar bar kaha ja rha hai ki comple hogya... ye poori tarah sahi nhi hai.
