Most of the Non Northern Railway rakes are the toppers..

NFR has only one Rajdhani to maintain still it's in bottom 3!! Don't know why NFR sucks in maintenance!!
currently three raj maintained by NFR. Two of the above NR dbrg raj now transferred to NFR
NFR would turn them from bad to worse. They have got some specialisation in that.
