RRI is not Rahuri Railway Station located in Maharashtra.

RRI means Route Relay Interlocking is the system used in large and busy stations that have to handle high volumes of train movements. Its a type of electrically operated interlocking. Once RRI is operational Bahraich - Gonda line will be connected with Lucknow (Delhi–Barauni main line) then only any train coming from or going to Bahraich from or to Gonda can can either go Lucknow or Gorakhpur.
