yes, more and more local cuisine should be promoted that can give employment to local people. Also tea in kulhar should be promoted which each RM promises but no one implements. It will help stablize many potter families..
Are they anticipating more foreign crowd compared to local crowd.
ok . in that case too , its a misconception that foreigners come here to taste doughnuts / pizza or muffins.
They come here to taste some authentic and good quality local cuisine. I am sure that properly prepared local cuisine/dishes will lure them in equal measures...

Even foreigners prefer to taste local cuisine during their trip. Ab Japan ja k bhi bhaat daal kha k aaye to Japan bekar gaye, sambhu halwai k yahan chale jaate.
