ok but simple point is convert all reserved rake into train 18 because currently we invest many crores in railway for purchasing coaches and others.. plus there is also no need of loco so if train 18 covers whole india then p7 p5 also will be history

Bro T-18 is expensive to manufacture and maintain. It would never be possible. Railways ko Logistics ka bhi sochna hota hai.
