According to established benchmarks around the world any train which runs at a speed of 250 kmph or above is considered as a high speed train and as "Semi" means "half" so train having maximum speed of 125 kmph or more can be termed as Semi high speed train. Rajdhanis, Shatabdis & Gatiman all are semi high speed trains.
