"Lack of Options" is forcing them to use these trains, Dude.
No one's foolish enough to waste 9 hours for a 250 kilometre journey 😂, people are forced to use these as they don't have other options.
People of Bihar are well capable of filling expensive trains, just have a look at the fares and occupancy of Patna Mumbai CSMT Suvidha Express you'll know what I'm talking about.
