With announcement of South Cost Railway,IR has broken its stand of no zonal reorganisation on the basis of states.Should this be the way forward and reorganize all zones on the basis of states at least for major states? and Should be the zone names be changed according to their state names eg.AP should have AP Railway Zone,Maharashtra should have Maharashtra Railway Zone etc?
