I think AZAD HIND EXPRESS has less than 24 rakes

In 2007 May at Howrah.Jn I've seen AZAD HIND EXPRESS with 21 coaches + 1 Milk Van attached to it being hauled by WAM-4 BHUSAVAL...
And in 2005 July Time Table copy of Central Railways I've seen that it was to be augmented with 24 coaches... Can't say about now... Just know it's been hauled by WAP-4 BHUSAVAL and an HPCV attached to it at Howrah end...
