Ans 3. Location of entry to PF-16 is from GPO side on Daryaganj Road and Not Chandni Chowk side
Cab allowed upto that PF-16 entry? What to write in can destination?
Didn't know about originating from DEE , if so then damn sure not allowed in AC class as many trains of DLI originate unofficially from other nearby station but AC coach lock open at DLI...

And for pf16 side entry daryaganj road.. well better to enter from chandani chowk side as distance from pf1 to pf16 is not so far bcoz at old delhi bcoz many pf were terminal type hence hardly 100-150m difference between pf1 and pf16

It usually departs from Pf16 of Delhi Jn. There is a second entrance for Delhi Jn from the IP University/Kashmere Gate side which opens to PF16.
However, I would tell you to avoid that since it is a bit secluded and lonely road especially at night. Please use the main entrance from Chandni Chowk. The walk to PF16 is not too long.
