M/s Allcargo Global Logistics Limited has approached the Ministry of Railways to provide Haulage Charges for the transportation of 36 DMRC Coaches from Mundra Port (Gujarat ) to Shahdara (Delhi ) and 388 DMRC Coaches from Baroda to Shahdara (Delhi).
2 Sanction of the Central Government is hereby accorded to levy the following special lumpsum haulage charges for the one movement of DMRC coaches (rail car special ) in three alternate combinations consisting of 4,8 and !2 DMRC coaches at a maximum speed of 40 kmph subject to availability of necessary speed certificate for which a request has been made by M/s All cargo Global Logistics to RDSO, Lucknow:

3. BOX ‘N’ wagons will not be used as Dummy Wagons.
4. The composite haulage charges from Mundra Port to Shastri Part (Shahdara ) hava been worked via PNU-BKU-RE-DLI route and from Baroda to Shastri Park (Shahdara) charges have been worked out via RTM-NAD-MTJ-TKD. In case agency selects a dearer route, Board may be intimated for advising the composite haulage charges by the dearer route.
5. Zonal railways are required to obtain an undertaking from the agency authorized by M/s. DMRC, for coordinating the movement of these rail coaches, that they would be liable to clear the undercharges raised on movement of these coaches due to any change in the movement parameters expeditiously and to indemnify the Railways.
