Actually this is a clever answer by IRCTC instead of saying a big "NO" :)
The feature to prepone or postpone journey should be added to the irctc website. It is high time to introduce the feature as now a days many people used to book ticket from irctc.
Yeah, it would have been better if they had said ''No, but this can be done on line by cancelling the original ticket and booking a fresh ticket.''
If i cancel confirmed shatabdi e ticket then how much will be deducted and how much extra will have to pay to book fresh one?
