Actually even if they choose nearer location the seating of exam centers will be alloted randomly and only some will get centers in North KA and rest in Bengaluru as Bengaluru have lot of colleges where lot of computers will be available to go through exam..I myself gone through such where l got center in AIT college of Bengaluru finally even though I choose Hubli as center for My kptcl exams. But I reach one day ahead for hassle free examination..

Valid point, may be because of more number colleges in Bengaluru will have more student appearing exams at capital.

Yes. If you even not score or attend in CET you will be having occupancy of seat in most of the Engineering colleges of bengaluru.. And colleges like this have computer labs those are best places for such online exams.. One thing is Reputed and good Engineering colleges of North karnataka and other parts of karnataka will be having less college expenses compared to any normal low class engineering college of bengaluru. In sense of education I mean to say not in sense of infra of college.. No doubt bengaluru colleges are good in infra..

Good, During my time, CET exams were conducted from same city, because question paper was not online. Only for counselling we went to Malleswaram CET cell Sampige road, Bengaluru.
