All pure LHB rakes have EOG. Earlier, on ICF rakes only Raj, Shat and Duros had them. Now even Antyodaya has. This is a turn back from the earlier steam loco days (+35 yrs) when all trains had a generator cum brake van. There seems to be some delay in arranging HOG, but we'll get there, so as to reduce usage of EOG.
