Can anyone please tell me how is the overall facilities and cleanliness of AC dormitory rooms and is there any ohter affordable option to stay nearby the station.

SC Station is the main transit Hub of Hyderabad City. There are many options just outside the main entrance towards PF1. Hotels & lodges can be found either physically or Online via OYO, GoIbibo etc.
Dormitories are decent, you can check the availability in IRCTC Website.
