IMHO, Minimum 6-8 SL coaches should be there in Seshadri/BVC/SNSI/Gowthami even after SL reduction & increase in ACs. These are trains which are used by middle class/lower middle class people for TPTY/SBC/ADI/BRC/ST/SNSI. People who can afford already use better means such as Own Vehicles/Flights/AC Sleeper buses or already in AC class.

Wrongly tagged 17235 SMVB-NCJ instead of 17209 SMVB-CCT. But agree with what you said - TT needs to be smartly managed to speed up & reach COA before 12738 & avoid OTs like 12733 which are avoided with current TT.

Halts in BZA-NLR, may not be considered due to bad timings & SCR wanting non stop run. DKJ halt is being given due to demand from MABD MP & Rly Staff of ADEN/DKJ subdivision. Demand was actually for 12763/64 Padmavathi stoppage to provide TPTY connection (not being considered AFAIK). @DKJ lost stops for many prestigious trains after ZBTT like 12737/38, 12759 (one way stop removed) & is being compensated with halts for trains like 12861/2 & of course specials.
