Wrongly tagged 17235 SMVB-NCJ instead of 17209 SMVB-CCT. But agree with what you said - TT needs to be smartly managed to speed up & reach COA before 12738 & avoid OTs like 12733 which are avoided with current TT.
One of the friend mentioned in one blog, he suggested SWR can make RSA between NCJ-SMVT (17236/17235) and 16526/16525 -SBC-CAPE Express
16526 SBC-CAPE reaches CAPE at 15.05 and the return 16525 CAPE-SBC departs only next day at 10.10 am. instead it can be RSA with NCJ-SMVT (17236) which depart at 19.15 a.m. on the same day
