Yes, but the new terminal becoming a hit or miss depends on its access to public transport. Everybody concerned with developing the facilities will be aware of the constraints at existing BYPL station and how halting more trains will disrupt the flow of traffic. BYPL will be also congested from suburban services in near future.
That is why the new terminal should be designed with proper connection to the Metro.
