Let's face it, Saharsa just couldn't handle maintaining a top-notch train like Vaishali. Their maintenance yard is a total mess, so obviously, the train is a disaster. And let's talk about how filthy the 2nd AC is, as mentioned in my blog - it's absolutely true. So quit pointing fingers at me. Those are the same people who litter and then complain the train is dirty. I've even attached my ticket as proof for those stubborn folks who keep defending Vaishali's maintenance without reason.
