Report by Badal Tah, Bhubaneswar: In a major mishap, the Samaleshwari Express hit a maintenance engine between Singapur Road and Kutaguda in Rayagada district on Tuesday,...
could driver of Samaleshwari Express not have noticed the big blocking OHE Car on track? He too partially or fully is responsible for this tragedy or not?
1) Singapur Road - Ketuguda section has many curves
2) Train doesn't stop immediately after emergency brakes are applied
2) Train doesn't stop immediately after emergency brakes are applied
I Think No ; The Reason Is Curvature since the OHE Van Was Standing In Curve. and LP Couldn't Get Enough Time To See The OHE Van And Dashed Into It also SM Have Not Provided A Red Signal Nor Diversion Nor Caution Order.
