A beginning has just been made. Depending on the performance of the converted loco, we can expect more of them in future
* Production of DLocos has almost been stopped (except for export/ supplying to non Railway customers) DLW is quickly switching over to production of E-Locos
* Existing D locos shall be used as a reserve, exported to other countries

Electrifying 28000 km in 2 years is impossible
