This train is the only one from HWH to BAY, HPT, UBL, and Goa running only 4 times a week and that too with just 16 coaches in such important route. Main obstruction is the 26 kms Braganza Ghat stretch in CLR QLM section where restrictions all kinds of restrictions are imposed on passenger trains be it their frequency or coach composition but they run freights without any restrictions.

I didn't Know goods run without any restrictions in braganza ghats. In that case, SWR is clearly doing some cover up.
Even if there are restrictions there are other Ghats where 24 coach loads are allowed. So SWR can improve upon their tracks in Braganza Ghats or take guidance from RB for improvements but they are least bothered.
And yes BOXN wagons here run with 59 wagons and 5 EMDs the only restriction on freights is that the guard van is detached when climbing the Ghats ie. at Kulem and a new van attached after the climb is over ie. at CLR.
