This train had huge slacks on it's up and down journeys only to ensure that the train reaches it's final destination at a "normal" time rather middle of the night.
ppl would prefer to arrive at 8am instead of 3:50am.
Same thing about 11098, if all it's slack are removed it will reach Pune at 2:30am instead of 5am.
