Yesterday In ECOR pink book 1 new project added as below. Is this project tells that rakes can be maintained in open lines without pits? If it is so then it can be done at Purulia also na? Anybody if can explain what this project is for????

I don't think so.. there are washing lines kind of raised Walkway between tracks for two tracks I guess, it was kept there. Wheel inspection have a different track or not I am not sure, experts to through more light on it, but there is a live wheel inspection system installed near Mahalimarup in CKP division and not CKP station, which instantly sends messages to the nearest stations about flat wheels, cracked wheels etc.
