Yes you couldn't able to cover it because you were on your left side coverage and that new line on right side and it stops just outer of Gadag to which present Hubli line going to be joined and present Bijapur line becomes new double line for Hubli and two new lines going to come exclusively for Bijapur route so making 4 lines running parallel which is must necessary for uninterrupted running of trains on both routes in parallel..
I guess that Hubli Bijapur bypass lines diverts just after that Big ROB for which already space is left below ROB. It join to Bijapur line on new station which might be future Gadag North station where cabin control comes to control bypass line trains usually frieghts or some premium trains in future if that Gadag North station come in city limits.. And my words of New station and Name Gadag North are just my assumptions which might not be true still but I believe as per Tenders floated for new PF, PF shelter, Station Building at 2 km point on Hombal line so it makes me assume a new station gona come their and also which is necessary as they can't run 14 km three rail lines parallel which will be expensive and not perfect thing compared go getting new station some where near to Gadag to join by...

Construction of new two lines at outer is okay but where and how they going to join them to Yard as their is very less space available besides that chawl area where houses are beside rail line.. They have huge railway area but they need to dump lot of sand to heighten the land level and also need one more bridge over present RUB to pass minimum two new tracks to join yard. So yard remodelling is essential one now. Even if they not take this now then at least in future they have to take that work.. Because if in future New yalvigi line comes then still it needs some changes in yard.. And that new line will play very crucial role for freights from Davangere route towards Solapur bypassing 47+58km Hubli+ Annigeri route. I also assume their will be New ROB for Ring Road Gona come on...

Any chance of skipping loco reversals for Bijapur Hubli trains at gadag
Yes for freights they going to skip for passenger trains no Skip they have to go LR at Gadag jn.
