I think some RSA for East coast exp is under thought process of SER. So, after 1 month of RSA break with Kriya yoga exp still train number of East coast exp is of RNC Division " 18645" although PM is at SRC CDO still its train number is not changed to kgp division train no. " 180XX".
Train number is not such problem some SER trains have ECoR numbers.
and some KR and SWR have SCR serial numbers.
East coast exp should remain with SRC CDO
because ECoR don't have proper reputation in maintaining rakes

Is train ka pura rake use krne ranchi se chandigarh train chalani chahiye
After Apr period may be they will change to 18045/46. But no such urgency and it will be done after they are sure not to find any other RSA partner as 19h spare time at hwh
