doubling??????,did u see how the buildings have come up b/w karmelaram-bypl strecth,this section has only traffic in morning nd evening.reduction in time?.....that depends on track mps and how well ground nd many more factors,i think u are under wrong assumption,it will not lead to reduction in time,only save in fuel nd environment
