Sir please provide halt at Yelhanka, remove halt from Bhilai power house and provide halt at Bhilai, provide halt at Chakradharpur.
Give slack between chakradharpur and tata because at that time platform would not be available since utkal/purshottam and some mumbai/delhi bound trains are scheduled back to back.
Try to reach tata by 8:45. This could be done by giving rourkela-ckp 1 hrs 30 mins and the rest time between ckp - tata.
