sir anybody can tell me who will get priority while preparing the chart general w/l or tatkal w/l

i m nt sure than gnwl gets priority,i feel the unused berths get proprtionately distributed amongst gnwl and ckwl...
You mean tatkal quota encroaches upon general quota or the other way round?

yes i seriously feel so...that tatkal quota encroaches upon general quota,not only during charting,but right from the time tatkal booking starts...i can find no other reason of why tatkal berths get confirmed even before charting when there are no refunds for confirmed tatkal tickets...
