It might have happened that the seat in D12 was originally given to some waiting listed passenger after 1st charting who had cancelled his/her ticket later on. Eventually that seat might have ended up in current. The 2nd passenger might have booked his ticket in current reservation and received that particular seat in D12. Hence both the passengers have the same booking status
Ticket examiner should have checked the upgraded passenger list. Its in the last section for every coach.. In this case how come TTE didnt check who is sitting on D12/30 as among the two pax, one is male and other is female. In his chart it must be showing D12/30 is allotted to male pax. In Every coach chart, its mentioned below, no. of RAC passengers and no. of upgraded passengers with their name & seat. Here TTE was at fault too
As of 1 st pnr no 6335611345 - the seat was CNF in D12 seat no - 30 WS
And as of 2nd pnr no - 6535606542 - the seat was Reallocated in upper class from 2S to CC coach in C3 seat no - 1

Tte ka fault hai totally yeha par..chart dekh ke 10 minute me clear ho jata maamla..aur yeha bsp se tilda confirm seat wala aadmi khada ho ke gaya...kis baat ka salary lete hain ye...aur bonus chahiye har saal 70 din ka...
