Can we have KSK to Mysore by rerouting this train from Arsikere to Mysore to Bangalore? Most of long distance trains from MYS to ASK run via Bangalore. Then, for a change, why not KSK run via MYS to SBC? It can link, Mysore, Mandya, Ramanagara, Haasan with Hubli, Belagavi, Miraj, and upto Delhi. Now that Daund bypass is commissioned, atleast half an hour time is saved. With proper speeding up in ASK to Pune sector, train can reach Bangalore via Mysore by 07:30. Return direction starting time is in SWR control only.
