I booked 3 tickets 2AC for 5 June 2012 12792, however the tickets did not get confirmed Waitlist 10, 11, 12. I went 23 hours later to cancel the tickets but was told the window for cancellation is 12 hours after the schedule departure. How does the procedure now work will I get my refund. Thank You

Even there is EDR system where refund is granted within 30 days travel date if passenger has not turned up.
