I booked 3 tickets 2AC for 5 June 2012 12792, however the tickets did not get confirmed Waitlist 10, 11, 12. I went 23 hours later to cancel the tickets but was told the window for cancellation is 12 hours after the schedule departure. How does the procedure now work will I get my refund. Thank You

Station Masters of major Railway Station of concerned zone have been delegated this power to refund even after prescribed time limit. How much delay they will accept will depend upon their internal guidelines or their discretion.
