I think some trains are targeted by specific zones to give priority to other seemingly more important trains. Marudhar is the one unlucky train. Problem can be solved by applying simple rules. No train should overtake other train except if one is having a stop and I another is not at a given time. All LHB trains should have minimum average speed criteria on single and double lines section separately and it should be common for all such trains. So all these trains should be SF. All others should be express. There should be no other category specially with respect to avg. Speed. The performance of all zones should have higher weightage of punctuality.
