Minimum distance for charge in Thatkal for Sleeper / 3 AC / 2AC have to be reduced from the huge 500 km to the nominal 250 km ,for AC Chair car and Executive class have to be reduced to 100 km and for 2S sitting reduced from 100 km to 60 km.
