Why very sad? Infra works need to be done ASAP with highest priority, and they are talking about 3rd & 4th line linking! What is it to be very sad in this? Few trains cancelled/short terminated/rerouted means they are allowing some service. Post these works, you'll have much more reliability on trains maintaining their schedules.
