Dadu 302 blog postsDear MOSR Suersh C Angadi sir please extend 11140/39 Gadag Mumbai CSMT exp upto Ballari Jn so this region people will get good utilization and increase coaches of this rake.

This train is actually for ppl of Solapur who don't get seats in siddeshwar Exp and it use to be idle at SUR and also PM at Mumbai so they extended upto Gadag that too with very less quota. If it needs to be extended up to Ballari then it's timings should be changed and mainly CC should be increased else no use of extension up to Hospet or Koppal also. Better they should start New Train to Mumbai via Ballari Hospet Koppal with good reservation quota. Instead of this Mini rake Extension to Ballari..
If extended to BAY, it provides first daily connectivity of CSMT to BAY/HPT area.
Coaches can be increased and if PM at CSMT is an issue, the problem of PM can always be solved with a tool like RSA.

I agree with you on that there is a need for connectivity between Mumbai and Hosapete - Ballary. I have worked out an imaginary train on that idea. Please check out and flag.
