More likely that the production gets split into ICF and MCF. MCF having more mechanized/automated assembly line, is likely to produce more rakes at a brisk pace than ICF would. ICF had been furiously opposing this transfer of manufacturing technology elsewhere. Now we have been hearing privatization/corporatization of MCF as the first unit.
Importing these rakes seems difficult given the fact ICF can produce them at a pace faster than any international manufacturer. MCF could be faster than ICF.
