Please rate and give green flag. Dedicated daily train from Bangalore to Mumbai via Bellary, Vijayapura it will also be the best ont train to Bijapur/Bagalkot from Bangalore adding one more train to Bellari from Bangalore also it acts as an Intercity train from Bijapur to Pune and Mumbai. Suggestions are welcomed. Thanks in advance.

Electric to diesel means it wont consume much time because diesel loco needs to be attached and electric loco moves to yard whereas in vice versa as panto switching takes place and the same loco must be attached it takes time

I mean panto switching must take place while reversing but the loco goes to yard so after the departure of the train also it can be taken as afaik in sbc after lc from electric to diesel the time taken is less because the electric loco will be taken later to ets. Switching of panto is a must everywhere i was trying to tell because of switching pantos it takes time from diesel to electric lc as the electric loco needs to be attached to a particular train.
Yes Panto switching in E-locomotive takes a time.....From E-loco to D-loco, loco change will not take much time as E-loco will detach and move far away and d-loco will attach but d-loco to e-loco time will take because of switching of panto.
